The Local Government Board has approved the awarding of the perimeter fencing installation works of the San Benito Senior Center’s plot to the company Iter Trivium, S.L.U., for an amount of 22,685 euros and a one-month execution period. This action is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund within the framework of the Edusi program.
The purpose of this work is to dismantle part of the current fencing for its subsequent relocation, also relying on a new fencing structure around the plot of the said building, to ensure it is perfectly protected. Additionally, the project includes the incorporation into the complex of a section of these lands, adjacent to the parking lot, which is currently outside the fenced area and unused.
This way, this piece of the plot can be used by the center’s users for their outdoor activities. Also, an old electrical connection, consisting of wooden poles and wiring, which was provisional for construction and currently serves no purpose, will be removed.
This project complements the one being finalized at these facilities, consisting of the reurbanization of the aforementioned external plot of the San Benito Senior Center. The aim is to make this space more functional and equip it with various facilities that have been requested by the center’s users.
